Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

Vanzy is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) who has been practicing in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) since 2015, dedicated to helping children and young adults build the skills they need to thrive. Driven by the belief that “every individual is fully capable of learning and growing in their own unique way,” she takes the time to see the world through each learner’s eyes. By adapting her clinical support to match their unique rhythm, she builds a space where they can grow naturally, confidently, and at their own pace.

With over a decade of experience across Malaysia and the United Kingdom, Vanzy has practiced across home, school, centre, and community settings. She has extensive experience supporting individuals from 1.5 to 25 years old with a wide range of developmental, communication, and behavioural needs. Her background includes shadowing professionals in schools. During her studies, she worked closely alongside social care workers, youth workers, and teaching assistants, allowing her to gain a deep, hands-on understanding of how to support and connect with learners navigating complex profiles and diverse needs.

Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals to develop individualised, evidence-based intervention programmes to help individuals develop meaningful skills and long-term independence.
