Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Jin Young is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who started her journey in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2013 at an international behavior therapy agency. Since then, she has dedicated her work to supporting children and adolescents—from as young as 17 months—with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental delays in developing meaningful life skills through individualized ABA therapy.

She holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Cloud State University (USA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia (Canada). She combines her academic foundation with years of clinical experience to deliver meaningful, evidence-based care.

Jin Young has extensive experience designing and delivering individualized ABA programs across diverse settings, including one-on-one sessions at home and in clinics, social group programs, and school shadowing support. She has also led behavior therapy services in Korea, where she supervised therapists, developed intervention programs, and collaborated with schools to ensure skill generalization beyond the therapy room. In addition, she has provided parent training and online consultation services for families across Korea and overseas.

Jin Young values parents as essential partners in their child’s growth and works closely with families to ensure that progress made in therapy extends naturally into daily life. Combining professional expertise with genuine care, she believes that structured and individualized intervention can create meaningful, lasting change. Her goal is to empower every child to reach their fullest potential — in therapy, at home, and beyond.
